The protection measures we abide by in in-person sessions comply with the recommendations of the National Public Health Organization (NPHO) for health care professionals’ private practice to help limit the spread of COVID-19.
In the therapy room:
-
Between sessions there is ample ventilation with natural circulation of fresh air and disinfection (with antiseptic solution) of surfaces or objects with which visitors come into frequent contact (e.g. desks, tables, doorknobs, etc.).
-
Disposable slippers are available, exclusive for each person which they use upon entrance while leaving their shoes outside.
-
Necessary hand washing materials are provided, such as soap and disposable hand towels, as well as alcohol-based hand sanitizer.
-
We keep a physical distance of 2 meters.
-
We use protective masks according to the instructions in effect (by the authorities in charge).
Personal hygiene requires:
-
Washing your hands frequently with soap and water, especially after coughing or sneezing, or use an alcohol-based antiseptic and avoid contact with the eyes, nose or mouth, as this way the virus can be transmitted.
-
Applying respiratory hygiene measures to avoid transmission through droplets: e.g. cover the nose and mouth with a tissue when coughing or sneezing.
-
Contacting NPHO in case you have symptoms (fever, cough or difficulty breathing) or in case of contact with a confirmed COVID-19 case.
Stay safe, stay healthy!
