Introduction

The visitor / user of the pages and services of our Website (psychotherapeia.net.gr) must carefully read the following terms of use and conditions for services provision before visiting or using our pages and services and in case of disagreement must not use them at all.  Otherwise, it is presumed that they accept them and give their consent. The following terms of use apply to the entire content and to what is generally included on the pages of our Website.

Kypraiou (hereinafter referred to as “the Beneficiary”) may at any time modify the terms of use and the conditions, while users / visitors must check each time for potential changes and if they continue using/visiting our Website, it is assumed that they accept the modified terms and conditions. Otherwise, they must refrain from using/visiting our Website.

Intellectual and industrial property rights

The entire content of our Website, including, but not limited to, texts, news, graphics, photographs, diagrams, illustrations, services provided and in general any kind of files, is the subject of intellectual property and is governed by national and international copyright provisions with the exception of the expressly recognized rights of third parties. Therefore, it is expressly prohibited to reproduce, copy, store, sell, transmit, distribute, publish, perform, "download", translate, modify in any way, partially or in summary without prior express written consent of the Beneficiary.

By way of exception, the republishing of content / articles  from our Website is permitted under the following conditions:

The e-mail service from our Website is provided to those users / visitors who wish so and have previously filled in a relevant form with some personal information, few mandatory and few optional, as long as they wish so themselves and only then. In this manner, they are registered as recipients of information from the e-mail service (e.g. Newsletters, Press Releases, etc.), without this under any circumstances implying that they acquire intellectual property rights, which in any case are protected by the relevant provisions of Greek legislation and international conventions and belong exclusively to the Beneficiary. Ultimately, registration to the particular service or potential deletion of any interested party is up to the discretion of our Website.

Conversations

On our website it is possible to conduct conversations on the Internet based on the terms dictated by the Code of Conduct for INTERNET Users (NETIQUETTE). These conversations must be governed by decency, politeness and discretion and not insult or hurt people and situations in any way. The opinions and perceptions expressed by users / visitors by this means can in no way be considered as adopted by our Website. Compensation

It is hereby expressly agreed that in case any action, claim administrative or judicial arising from any form of your own violation is brought against our Website, you undertake the obligation on the one hand to intervene in the relevant proceedings raised and on the other hand to indemnify our Website in case it is obliged to pay compensation or other expenses. 

Applicable Law and Other Terms

This specific user agreement is governed by the provisions of Greek Law, the directives and Regulations of European Law and the relevant International provisions. It is also interpreted according to the rules of good faith, commercial ethics and the economic and social purpose of the right. In case any provision is deemed contrary to the law and therefore invalid or voidable, it automatically ceases to apply, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms. No modification of the terms of this contract shall be taken into account and shall constitute a part hereof unless expressed in writing and incorporated herein. Competent courts for any disputes arising from this contract are the Courts of Athens.
